Collection: Committee

The committee is made up of elected and co-opted members who work on a voluntary basis. They usually attend three evening business meetings during the year and an Annual General Meeting.

A good LDC committee member is a dental practitioner who understands the realities of general dental practice and/or specialist areas and is interested in future dental service provision. Someone who is interested in representing their colleagues and doing their best to ensure that practitioner’s views are heard and understood by the Area Team and the rest of the profession.
